I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a private practice in San Rafael, CA. I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups, across a broad spectrum of issues, including: relationship distress, intimacy issues, parenting, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, pain, recovery, divorce, and life transitions.

I received my early training in child psychology and earned a B.A. in Psychology (with a minor in Refugee Studies) from Webster University in Geneva, Switzerland. In 1996, I earned an M.S. in Clinical Psychology from the California Graduate School of Psychology, Corte Madera, with an emphasis on family systems.

I am an experiential, attachment-oriented therapist who recognizes that the power of emotions can allow for healing. I have extensive training in couples therapy, somatics, trauma-informed treatment, art therapy, divorce mediation, and hypnotherapy. My work is enriched by years of living abroad (which has given me a unique cross-cultural perspective), and I draw upon many different modalities.
